 Once a meeting has been booked, the attendee and the exhibitor staff member will receive an email notifying them that a meeting was set.  The email will include the date, time, attendee information and the zoom link for the meeting.

The exhibitor staff member can view their appointments from the “Appointment” section on the backside of the site.  This can be accessed by the dashboard link at in the top black menu bar.
